Document Transporation
In association with our sister company, Archive Systems, DocuLogic can pick up and deliver any quantity of your important paper files to and from any location.

PO Box Receipt
For a completely hands-off experience, DocuLogic can run a Post Office Box for you. We receive your correspondence, prep, and scan without your staff needing to touch any paper!

Document Preparation
DocuLogic can perform all file preparation tasks including removal of clips and staples, document sorting and filtering, and file reassembly.

Scanning
Our four high-speed duplex scanners, plus specialized flatbed equipment, allow us to complete your high- and low-volume scan jobs at your site or ours in record time.

Indexing
We can index documents to your specification by manually keying information, or by using a combination of barcode and OCR technology.

OCR
Why re-key when you can scan? DocuLogic can OCR scanned documents and write the output to the file format of your choice.

File Conversion
TIFF, PDF, TXT, DOC file formats? We can convert from one file type to another effortlessly.

Server Hosting
DocuLogic can host your image server at our location. Why build staff expertise when DocuLogic can run YOUR server on YOUR network with faster document turnaround and lower cost?

Data File Delivery
After your documents have been scanned, you will need the index information delivered in a specific format. DocuLogic's programming staff can create database output files in whatever format you require.

Image Delivery
Whatever your media requirements, DocuLogic can deliver. Whether disk, tape, CD, optical platter, Email, or FTP file transfer, DocuLogic can get you the files you need on the media you require.
